If your looking to do any kind of business online I highly recommend Simple Helix - They offer great support, answer any questions quite fast and the speed of your webpages loading is an industry best. Not sure if this is what you are looking for but it costs $20/month. Well worth not having to go through the many headaches that the low end hosting companies make you go through to get set up online.
